Keeping Safe During COVID-19

Our New Policy at Ridge Lake Animal Hospital as of 3/17/20:

In order to keep our clients, patients, and staff as safe as possible during the COVID-19 outbreak:

  • The doors to the hospital will be locked. We ask that you call us from the parking lot when you arrive. We will call you back when an assistant can escort you directly into an exam room to minimize your exposure to other clients.
  • We’re asking all clients to limit the number of people accompanying pets to RLAH to one person.
  • We are asking those who have symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or those who may have been exposed to the virus or have been travelling, to please let us know on the phone so that we can take all possible precautions to keep everyone safe.
  • For pet food/meds pick-ups, please call us from the parking lot and remain in your car. We will bring items out to you and can process payment while you wait in your car.
