Keeping Safe During COVID-19

To our valued clients,

In order to keep our clients, patients, and staff as safe as possible during this time, we have implemented the following measures at our hospital:

  • We are providing Curbside Service only at this time until an undetermined date. Team members will communicate with you while you wait in the parking lot via telephone.
  • We are asking all clients to limit the number of people accompanying pets to our hospital to one person.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or if you may have been exposed to the virus or have been travelling, please let us know over the phone so we can take all possible precautions to keep everyone safe.
  • For pet food and medication pick-ups, please call us from the parking lot at (703) 491-1111 while you remain in your vehicle. We will bring items out to your vehicle and can then process payment.

Current Hours of Operation: The Ridge Lake Animal Hospital Pet Care Team continues to provide curbside service to our valued clients and their pets from 7:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Friday.

For your safety as well as the safety of our staff, we have temporarily modified our hours to close on Saturdays, starting on August 8th. There will be staff available for an hour from 8:00-9:00AM on Saturdays to handle pick-ups and drop-offs for pets who are boarding with us and for medications that are already approved only. We ask you to please take care to give us at least 24-48 hours notice prior to running out of your pet's medications so you do not run out. There will not be a doctor on duty on Saturdays, so we will not be available to take appointments or answer phones.
