Keeping Safe During COVID-19

To our valued clients,

In order to keep our clients, patients, and staff as safe as possible during this time, we have implemented the following measures at our hospital:

  • We ask you to please call us from the parking lot when you arrive. A staff member will then meet you at your vehicle and escort you directly into an exam room to minimize your exposure to other clients.
  • We are asking all clients to limit the number of people accompanying pets to our hospital to one person.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or if you may have been exposed to the virus or have been travelling, please let us know over the phone so we can take all possible precautions to keep everyone safe.
  • For pet food and medication pick-ups, please call us from the parking lot at (703) 491-1111 while you remain in your vehicle. We will bring items out to your vehicle and can then process payment.
